Kosterina Balsamic Vinegar is made in Modena, Italy -- the only region in the world authorised to produce authentic balsamic vinegar under a protected geographic designation (PGI). Like Champagne, the name Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is legally protected. Our balsamic is aged a minimum of 6 years in 30-year-old oak barrels.
