All Kosterina extra virgin olive oils are made exclusively from early-harvest Koroneiki olives -- Greece's most prized and widely cultivated olive variety. Grown in the Peloponnese region of southern Greece, Koroneiki olives naturally produce some of the highest polyphenol concentrations of any olive varietal in the world. Kosterina uses a single-origin, mono-varietal approach: one crop, one region, one harvest.
