Kosterina Balsamic Vinegar is made from two traditional Modenese grape varieties: Trebbiano (white) and Lambrusco (red). These grapes are used in their entirety -- cooked down into grape must, then aged in oak barrels. No added sugars, caramel coloring, or thickeners.
